Loch Fyne COVID-19 Safety Measures
We’re excited to open our doors once again on Monday 17th May. To keep our guests and team safe we’ve implemented a few steps.
- Bookings are limited to rule of six
- Guests over the age of 16 must check in through NHS Track and Trace or scan our QR code.
- Make use of our sanitising stations and follow our social distance markers.
- Masks must be worn when not seated
- Card payments only to reduce contact points

MY GIFT CARD WILL BE EXPIRING SOON, WILL IT BE EXTENDED?
If your gift card is coming close to the expiry date, please get in touch with our Guest Relations team who will be able to assist you with your enquiry.
MY LOCAL RESTAURANT HAS BEEN BOARDED UP, WILL IT RE-OPEN?
Some of our restaurants have been temporarily boarded up for security measures. Find our current estate here.
I HAVE PAID A DEPOSIT FOR A BOOKING PRIOR TO YOUR RESTAURANTS CLOSING, HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
If you need to get a refund for your booking, please get in touch with our Guest Relations team who will be able to assist you with your enquiry.
ARE YOUR RESTAURANTS STILL OFFERING A TAKEAWAY SERVICE OR DELIVEROO?
We have taken the decision to suspend this for now and we are reviewing if delivery remains viable and safe. We will keep this under review.
I HAVE BOOKED A HOTEL STAY, HOW DO I CANCEL AND GET MY DEPOSIT BACK?
All meetings, events and hotel bookings have been cancelled until 31st May 2020. If you have an enquiry about your booking, please call 0345 60 86 040.
I HAVE OFFERS IN MY LOCH FYNE APP WALLET, WHAT HAPPENS TO THESE?
Any offer that has expired/expires whilst the restaurants are closed, we will re-issue these offers to your wallets when we re-open.
