Healthy Eating Week: Wake Up Happy!
We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but finding something that is quick, convenient and healthy can be tricky. To celebrate Healthy Eating Week here at Loch Fyne, we want to share one of our most simple, yet ever so healthy breakfast recipes.
Avocado, Pink Grapefruit & Chilli Recipe
You will need:
1 Avocado, ripe
1 Pink Grapefruit
10g Red Chilli
Fresh Coriander Cress
Salt & Pepper
1. Remove skin and seed from Avocado and slice into segments.
2. Do the same to the Grapefruit and arrange in a bowl with the Avocado.
3. Finely dice the Chilli and sprinkle on top of the Avocado and Grapefruit.
4. Garnish with fresh Coriander Cress.
5. Add a drizzle of Rapeseed Oil and season with Salt and Pepper.
