Salt and Pepper Squid

salt and pepper squid

Serves 2

You will need:

Squid 250g
Olive Pomace Oil 50ml

Serve with:

Red Chillies 10g
Sesame Seeds 2g
Chilli jam 60ml
2 slices of limes
Cress Micro Coriander 4g

Prep & Cooking Method:

Prepare squid by thinly slicing vertically

Chop up the red chillies

Coat the squid in flour whilst shaking off any excess 

Fry for 3 minutes until crispy

Whilst patting dry any excess oil and lightly seasoning, toast the sesame in the pan

To Serve:

Serve up with chilli jam and a slice of lime to the side

Sprinkle toasted seasame seeds on top and garnish with coriander and chilli slices
